After that, your nine digit number will be taken directly on the remote direct page. No installation needs to be done in join.me, all running in web mode or you can open the site and type the 9-digit code manually provided by the help request in the “Join meeting”. Wait for the help desk desktop to appear. Click on the cursor image then “Request control” so that you can control the cursor on the target pc.
